I don’t really have any rewards, lol. Any tips?

199 - CELEBRATE BEING OUT OF THE 200’s. /

190 - More self confidence. /

175 - Even more self confidence. /

160 - Woo-hoo more self confidence. /

150 - Buy a make-up kit. /

135 - Buy a new wardrobe. /

Skinny Girl Diet [July 18 - August 16]

changing it to :
-work out at least 60 minutes 3x a week 
- added an extra 200 calories to every day.

I find myself thinking, ‘if only I’d started 6 months earlier.’ But atleast in a years time I won’t be thinking, ‘I wish I started a year ago’.
